ADMISSION GUIDELINES
*Individuals 17 years old or older will be permitted without parent or guardian
* Individuals 16 years old and younger shall only be permitted with a parent or guardian
*Individuals 12 years old and under are free with an adult
THIS EVENT IS INTENDED FOR ADULTS
Dealers
Dealer Set Up and Trading
Friday: 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. C.S.T.
Saturday: 6 a.m. to 8 a.m. C.S.T.
Sunday: 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. C.S.T.
Dealers are EXPECTED to stay until CLOSING HOURS each day.
Tables
300 Plus Tables
8 Foot Table: $70.00 each run of show
NO subletting of table is permitted.
Relocation or swapping of tables done by gun show staff only.
Must have 75% related items
Cancellations
Last date of cancellation:
February 1, 2026
Reservations and Dates
No reservations without payment in full (30 days prior to show date)
Planned future shows: October 3 & 4, 2026
Legal
24 Hour Guard on Duty
Dealers must observe all local, state, and federal laws.
Dunes R&P not responsible for accidents
No Loaded Firearms or Loaded Magazines Permitted
